There is no option to delete a user profile at logoff, though the guest account does
not save a profile in W2K [which is a security risk enabling]. You would have to try
creating a logoff script to do that which I have not tried myself and you may run
into complications with open files but I can not think of another way to attempt it.

scripts.

To logoff a user after a period of inactivity you can use the winexit.scr screen
saver from the Recourse Kit. It will have to be configured to automatically close
open applications, which could lead to data loss, and do a registry modification if
the user is not a local administrator [at least on W2K - not sure about XP] . You
could also use the screensaver to "lock" the computer after a period on
nactivity. --- Steve
