had to restore computer to original factory condition, now problem

My computer had a virus or something and had to be restored to the factory
delivered condition. I had purchased and installed office 2003 on the
computer after delivery. Now it's not there. Is there someway of getting it
installed again without having to pay? I don't have the disks anymore but I
did register it with Microsoft when I installed it.
Help please.
Thanks.

why don't you have the disks?
you could try calling microsoft and see if they have you on file

I don't have the disks because I downloaded Office to my computer and
purchased it that way. I went to call Microsoft but they want some
outrageous amount of money to take a technical question from me and I don't
have the cash to spare right now.

do you have the key code written somewhere? because if someone else has the
same copy of office you might be able to put your key code on it to get it
to work.
If you purchased it from Microsoft then microsoft should have your info in
its database.
Did you print out a copy of the purchase? if so there should also be a
number for you to call.
If you purchased it not from microsoft then call or email that company, they
might allow you to download it again and give you the key code if you cannot
find that too.
