GPO worked once, but now doesnt??!?

Hi,
I have set up an OU within AD, and configured a Group
Policy for the user configuration.

When I logged on to a computer as one of the users in
that OU, the group policy had taken effect and everything
that i set in AD was working.

However after a reboot of the W2K Pro machine the group
policy wasn't working. No restrictions are in place, and
the user can assess everything I dont want them to.
Even after every reboot this still happens. I cannot find
anything in the event viewer other than that W2K pro
machine cannot connect to folder redirection locations.

What could be the cause of this working once, then not
working again?

Please make sure the user you are logged in as is still in that OU.
Also, check the event log for any errors.
