Google not configured....huh?

Okay running win2k pro and using IE6.I'm also using the
google toolbar plug-in,Now heres the problem.Google home
page will not load, furthermore I cant search from the
address bar either. When I type in the URL for Google I get
a CPanel page saying there is no website configured at
this address, and there are links at the bottom for a host
manager, for website admin. When I click on it it even asks
me for a login and a password.

The same thing has also been starting to happen with the
msn auto search page as well,I get a page not found error.

Yet I can use any of my favorties,or type in URL's and not
get the same results.For example,if i type in NHL.com,it
takes me to NHL.com.

Now,Ive checked for spyware,viruses,and imporpery
configured settings and still have yet to find out why
it's not working. So at this point any suggestions would be
helpful. Also, anyone who has an idea,if you could email me
that would be helpful too (e-mail address removed)

Thanks in advance for any help.

Has been answered many many times already. That is why the Search is there.

You have the Qhosts trojan and have not updated your operating system with
the latest fixes.
Read about it here:
http://www.brown.edu/Facilities/CIS/Software_Services/virus/
Install the latest updates from Microsoft to stop this happening again and
insure your anti virus program is up to date.
