This program is intended for fast creation on animations based on
already existing files (bmp, jpg, wmf...), using several features such
as tuning the quality of the image, speed of reproduction, and how many
times the animation should reproduce. This application supports three
language: Ukranian, Rusian, and English. It also holds the ability for
the user to create its language. Note : The program comes in russian
language by default , users must chose the english language on the
options panel .

How do you find out how to choose the English language? I cannot even
read the menu!
