  1. Pls tellme in what contains in this folder.
    KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Updates
    As observed by me.......

In this folder I am able to see 3 folders
    DatatAccess
    Windows 2000
    Windows Media player

Under Windows 2000 -I have 2 sub folders
    SP4
    SP5
Under SP4 I have one folder
Under SP5 I have many folders which starts with KB.
Under this interesting I see FileList folder and click to see there
are many folders which starts from 0 - 1 or sometimes up to 10.
When I clicked each one of these folders I see .dll as a file name.

I want to know the following things.
    What is a file list
What are the subfolders under it.
    Why are they numbered.

Can any expert throw light on this as I am confused with this?
    Regards
    KP
