Game Elements Axispad

I'm trying to install Game Elements (Gemini) Axispad but it keeps saying that
the computer does not recognize the device. This device worked perfectly in
another computer prior to trying to install it on my current computer. If
anybody knows how to deal with this, I'd be really grateful if you can give
me a hand. thanks

Do you have an Windows XP compatible installation CD for that device?
