Hard OCP have pitted an overclocked GALAXY GeForce GTX 660 Ti GC 3GB video card against the overclocked GTX 670 and HD 7950 - how will it compare?

"On August 16th 2012, NVIDIA launched the new GeForce GTX 660 Ti Kepler GPU based video card. We had the opportunity of evaluating a full retail GALAXY GeForce GTX 660 Ti GC 3GB video card at $339 featuring the new GTX 660 Ti.
We've also had the pleasure of overclocking the GALAXY GeForce GTX 660 Ti GC 3GB video card in several ways. We found out its highest possible GPU overclock and its highest memory overclock and then combined these both for the best of both worlds. The final overclock delivered a strong 1298MHz GPU frequency and 7.6GHz memory frequency, boosting the GALAXY GTX 660 Ti GC 3GB video card past a stock GTX 670 and stock HD 7950.
The question remained after that testing, what would happen if you overclocked a GTX 670 and HD 7950 and compared it to the overclock on the GTX 660 Ti? Would we see the GTX 660 Ti crumble before an overclocked GTX 670 and overclocked HD 7950, or can it hold up against such beasts? This evaluation is here to answer that as we take that highest stable overclock on the GALAXY GTX 660 Ti GC 3GB video card we found and compare it to a highly overclocked GTX 670 and HD 7950.
We've picked two video cards based on overclocking potential in our testing to pit the GALAXY GTX 660 Ti GC 3GB overclocked card up against. First, we are going to use an ASUS GeForce GTX 670 DirectCU II TOP video card. In our testing, we were able to get this video card up to a stable actual GPU frequency of 1316MHz and memory at 6.34GHz. This is a high overclock for a GTX 670 at over 1.3GHz. Our second video card we are using is an XFX Radeon HD 7950 Black Edition. This video card had a very high overclock for an HD 7950, with voltage adjustment we got this card up to 1195MHz, right near 1.2GHz on the GPU. We pushed the memory to 6.8GHz, providing a lot of memory bandwidth for this video card. These are two high-end overclocks and should give the GALAXY GTX 660 Ti GC 3GB overclock a real test of performance."
