I am trying to create a page, where visitors can add their trade leads. I am able to create the following.
http://www.sialkotweb.com/submit_Trade_Leads.html
The main issue is "Text Box Field" of Enquiury, it always shows at the bottom of other fields.
secondly, email address is in plain text. Any idea, how i can control the formatting & editing of the results. Thanks.
