Front USB Connectors on Antec SX1040B II

Are the front panel USB connectors that come on the Antec SX1040B II case
USB 2.0 compliant? I've heard mixed reports. Is anyone getting USB 2.0
speeds out of the front panel connectors that came with the case?

I havent got that case, but I thought because it's a header that connect's
to the motherboard that a front usb port would then be usb 2?. Also how do I
tell it's usb2 as I have no usb2 peripherals.
