Frmcache.dat is not valid

Hi folks,

I'm getting the following error message on a users
machine (win2k using Outlook98):

Can't open this item. The form cache file
C:WINNT\FORMS\FRMCACHE.DAT is not valid. Contact your
administrator.

I've searched the internet for this error message and
thought MS article 181057 was the answer but after
carrying out the instructions, I still get the same error
message. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Try deleting or renaming what apparently is a corrupt Frmcache.dat file.
