Freeze Pane Lines

When I use the Freeze Pane function to freeze the columns
in place when I scroll produces LINES where the rows and
columns are frozen. The problem is that when I add a
comment to one of the upper cells in the spread sheet the
lines where the rows and columns show through and into
the comments.

Anybody have a suggestion on how to work around this? I
know how to move the location of the comments when you
right click on a cell and select "show comments". What I
want to do is change the location of the comments that
are displayed when you hold your cursor over the cell OR
somehow surpress the lines indicating where columns and
rows are frozen.

Anybody have a suggestion or trick that they would like
to share?

The interaction of Freeze Panes and Comments is certainly an Excel annoyance
in my opinion. As far as I know we have no control over where the comment
box appears when we do a mouse over.
