New AVG version 7: http://www.grisoft.com/us/us_dwnl_free.php

not to pick *too many "nits", but i believe that the free avg is v6
and that the trial/pay version is v7. thanks very much for posting
these links though!

Yep, you're right, I just checked the d/l link and it takes you to ---

Yep, you're right, I just checked the d/l link and it takes you to ---

"AVG 6.0 Basic Free Edition License Agreement

and if you install it you will find... it is running the engine from AVG 7,
compiled November 23, 2003....
