Free remote control software

TightVNC is "based" on VNC, but technically is "software other than" :)
http://www.tightvnc.com

I've been using UltraVNC - yet another flavour of RealVNC.
Works quite well, but only over tcp/ip ( sourceforge.net? )

It's still not as fast as a Carbon Copy ( which I got off a mag disk
), which also handles ipx networks.

Bear in mind that Netmeeting has some remote computing capabilities
too.
