You do have to register if you don't already have an account but they only
want a username and password and name - no other information.

Yes - the code is from a posting/offer by a Linspire employee on a Linux
board - search the web and you should find the posting fairly easily

Hi

I've just done this and for those interested, you can download a free copy
of Linspire from
https://shop.linspire.com/shopping/shopping_cartcontents.php?return=http://www.linspire.com/

Click on BUY, it will show a cost of $49.95, then enter this coupon
"JDSWelcome" and update.
An invoice will be created showing total of $0.00. Then just log in and
follow directions to download your free iso image of the latest Linspire.

OK, I have signed up and signed in. After entering "JDSWelcome" the
coupons says it's a free download. Only problem is that I can't find
the ISO anywhere on their website. All I get is a Firefox free
download. Do I need BitTorrent or some other software to download the
Linspire5.0.iso? Can you give more explicit instructions?

Thanks.
