FOUND.000 folder with .chk files found

I'm running windows2000, and it ran a chkdsk after are
reboot one time, and wiped out the 'my documents' folder,
and dropped it to FOUND.000\*.chk files... everyweher i've
looked it says "go through the files with a text editor
until you find what you need"... well there are 20000 .chk
files... is there ANY utility out there to recover these
files?
