Forms and How They Work in O2003

In O2002 there were some limitations to custom forms such as the phone
number with countries capability not working and not being able to
customize the first page of task forms. Have these items been fixed
in O2003? I cannot find an answer to specific limitations.

Also, in O2003 when I tried to create a new form, I went to design
form, selected Contact but the form that opened was not the form that
is the default. I want to use the default form and customize it.
Where can I find the default form?

If you have a registry entry substituting a custom form for the default Contact form, you'll need to remove that in order to get access to the default form again.
