Form View vs. Design View

I have an Access database that is linked to another (with all of my
information). I copied my databases onto a colleagues computer and had her
use the linked table manager to link her copied database to her copied
information database. Most items work just fine on her version. The
databases are clearly linked. However, there is a form that contains a
subform in it, which runs a query that pulls information from several tables.
On her version, that form is coming up completely blank in Form View. When
she looks at it in Design View, she can see the information that should be
there. Any ideas as to why this is and what can be done to fix it? Thanks
very much!

The blank means no data. Did you copy both queries, the one for the form and
for the subform?
Did you copy both forms - main form and subform as a stand-alone?
Run each query without the forms and see if you get records.
Open the subform as a stand-alone and see if you get data.

Did both. They both work when they stand alone. They pull all of the
records and data they are supposed to. For me, the strange thing is that I
can see what is supposed to be there in Design View.

No. We just checked everything...all properties for both the form and the
subform. All is identical. Oddly enough, after checking, it worked for a
brief moment. I had her immediately save, go out and come back in, and it
didn't work again. Very frustrating. Why would it work under Design View
but not under Form View? Thanks very much for your input!

Why would it work under Design View but not under Form View?
It is not really 'working' in design view.

Last thing - Did you check the Master/Child links?
