Is it possible to have a form submit results to a
designated e-mail address and to the person who filled
out the form, if the user enters their e-mail in a form
field?
No, not using the FrontPage Save Results form handler.
This avoids some sticky issues with spammers pumping mail
through your page.
However, this is fairly easy to program in ASP. For

Your host may also provide a mailer program that does what
you want. Look around the host's support pages for
instructions and sample HTML.
