Form not working when logged on as someone else

I have a strange problem. My database is split, with the backend on a server
share, and the frontend on each workstation. If I log on with my username,
the Frontend works as expected. As soon as I log on to the same workstation
as someone else, it stops working.

I have manually linked two subforms (on one main form together), by
detecting when the record selection has changed and requerying the
appropriate subform. This works when logged on with my username, but not when
logged on as someone else. I've tried giving them the same permissions as me
but it still doesn't work. I haven't noticed anything else failing to work.

I've checked for missing references and removed/added a reference, all to no
avail.

Any ideas?

Did you chek the users permissions on the folder as well as the file? Also,
what do you mean by "works" and "stops working."
If I tell my mechaninc my car stopped working he doesn't know where ot begin
the diagnosis, but if I tell him the engine won't turn over when I turn the
key, he has a better idea of where to start.
