Font Color Differs Than Chosen Color

A user in my company is complaining that when she chooses certain colors for
her fonts in MS Word 2000 that when saving substitute colors are used such as
dark blue saves as grey and dark green saves as yellow.

Hi MAL,

Sounds as if she checked "Tools > Options > Save > Disable features
introduced after Word97".

Either that, or she saves in some format that doesn't support RGB colors.
