Folder Ownership

How can you find out who created a folder on a 2k
Server. The owner of the folder is always the
administrator I'm logged in with.

The administrators group is always going to show if any administrator
creates the folder. If a non admin does then it will place the userid as the
owner. The only way to tell would be to enable auditing on the parent
directory.
