Final and Final Showing Markup Views

Hi all

I am working with Word 2003. I have created a lengthy
document and several pages contain comments which appear
on the right hand side of the page, as normal. However,
when the document is printed, I have to have the view set
to 'Final with Markup' because I need the comments to be
printed as they are shown on the screen. However, this
also means that the pages which do not contain comments
are printed smaller too, leaving room for any comments,
even though there aren't any.

is there any way I can ask Word to print the pages
without comments in full size but the ones that do
contain comments, in the necessary view?

Any urgent help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

I don't believe there's any way to do this in a single pass. You could print
the few pages with comments separately, then print the entire document (or
the remaining pages) without markup.
