Files trying to access O.S. upon boot up ssdpsrv.ece; tvtmd.exe; wcescomm.exe

Are these files necessary upon boot process to make the
operating system work properly? Are these legit?

I keep getting a dialog box asking if I can premit Program
Files\nCase\msbb.exe I have a software firewall
installed but can't get rid of this dialog box. I've even
installed POP-UP Stopper...no success. I can't find
anything in my Control Panel, Remove Programs that might
tie to that exe file. Can you offer any suggestions,
hints. Thanks so much.
