That is the message I am getting, How can I fix this
problem.

Hi Jim,

Mscoree.dll is part of the .NET framework for Windows. Go to Add/Remove and
remove the .NET framework there. To reinstall .NET Framework go to:
www.microsoft.com/net or from from the windows update site.
