File and folder's names are invisible in "My Videos" folder

Hi,

in "My Videos" folder, the name of files and folders is invisible. This
seems to be restricted to this folder and Windows account as: (i) when I move
files and folders in another folder, their name appears normally; (ii) same
if I create a new user account and transfer them in a "My Videos" folder I
created; (iii) if in my user account, I delete the "My Videos" folder, create
a new one (same name) and place files and folders in it, again, their name is
invisible.
Can you help?
Thanks

To turn off filenames, hold down the Shift key when you click to open a
folder in Windows Explorer or when you switch into thumbnail view. This will
turn of the file names, giving more space for the thumbnails. Doing it again
turns them back on.
