Faxing Via Cell Phone

I have an Ericsson T60 mobile phone that connects to my
computer via a serial port cable. I was hoping I could
send faxes over this configuration. However, Microsoft
Fax doesn't seem to allow for a modem on a serial port,
and when I try to install a new modem, I get nowhere.
Any ideas?

You need analog fax modem and analog telephone line to send fax. This has
got nothing to do with Windows XP. They are standard requirements for any
faxing solution unless it is a internet fax.
