Fax transport SBS 2003 & Outlook 2007 on Vista Business

I have fax transport installed, but when I enter a phone number in the format
"fax:075xxxxxxx" I geT the error message "microsoft office outlook 2007 does
not recognize fax", any help very much appreciated
