Tony - do you have any idea what application F-MIT.msi relates to?

It's pretty old--I find a posting from July 2004 referencing it on another
forum.

Does "FEMA Map Image Tool" ring any bells?

The best way to resolve this is to either reinstall the original app that
you are getting this message about (i.e. f-mit.msi)

Or:

1) download the Microsoft Installer Cleanup tool:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;290301

2) install it, then run it, and see what is listed. Be careful--you don't
want to remove the installer bits for programs you are actively using or can
uninstall normally. Look to see whether this FEMA tool is listed, or
anything else that resembles that name. One google thread suggested that
this might be a piece of MSN--so the FEMA idea may be a complete red
herring.

If you can find f-mit.msi anywhere on your system that might help.
