Explorer shell with Minlogon

I have the Minlogon component in this build.
'Command shell' and 'Explorer shell' are included, but enabled only one at a
time.

If 'Command shell' is enabled, dependency check is ok.
If 'Explorer shell' is enabled, it indicates a dependency on 'Windows
Logon', which can not be used with Minlogon.

I cannot find this dependency in the Explorer shell component details.

How is the 'Explorer shell' dependent on Winlogon?

The short / mechanical answer is - the component database contains metadata
making it so. There is a dependency (type 4) from explorer shell to windows
logon (standard).
