Excel Icon Disappeared

Hello,

I'm not sure what happened but the green excel icon has
disappeared from anything that contains an excel file.

The program works fine and the files can be accessed, but
there is just a red and blue icon where the old green one
used to be.

I was wondering how I can get back the excel icon on all
my excel files?

Happens to me all the time, and everything's back to normal after restarting the computer.
Try that first.

Have a look at View/Options/File Types in any Explorer file window
There is an option to set an icon
