Excel Excel Formula to covert a credit amount to a debit amount

QuickBooks transfers Vendor data records as all credits whether it is a payment or a bill. I want to make the bills display as a debit. I can't figure out the formula to do this

The simple way is:

Copy Cr amount & pest formula format on Dr amount to convert all Dr amount to Cr amount.
