Excel 2000 Mso9.dll crash - unrepairable

I've encountered the Error message:EXCEL caused an invalid
page fault in module MSO9.DLL at 0187:308f83d2, which
stops me getting at any of my essential accounts. I've
tried reloading Mso9.dll as per kberrmsg kbprb KB306400,
but without any change. Any ideas?
