Everything is getting smaller at the bottom of the screen

Hi,

I just noticed that text and graphics are smaller at the bottom of my screen than at the top. If I scroll down the page, the smaller images get larger as they reach the top of the page, and vice versa. My screen resolution is 1024x768. I didn't seen anywhere to fix this on the display/appearance tabs, and it doesn't seem to be fixable by using the controls on the monitor itself. Any one know what's going on?

Hi Teresa,
Your Monitor requires a Service - this used to be
adjustable on older Monitors, but is no longer so.
