Event Id 26 shows IO error 0xc000020c

Got this application popup message from a third party software (source not
available).
Don't really know the meaning of the error message. Hope there is anyone who
can help me interpret it.

The full extract below,

Source : Application Popup
Event Id : 26

Description:
Application popup: tfnetmon.exe - Application Error : The instruction at
"0x4c0737a0" referenced memory at "0x4c0737a0". The required data was not
placed into memory because of an I/O error status of "0xc000020c"

Have installed numerous new machine. Still have this problem

I just need to know what it is related to.
Network?? HDD ?? Software only???

No idea really. Check the file properties for details. "tfnetmon.exe"
