Event ID 22 Source Print

Am getting event log entry below:
Event ID 22
Source Print
Desc "Failed to ugrade printer settings for
\\x.x.x.x\printshare,LocalOnly driver
c:\winnt\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3\drivername.dll error 5
(yes - typing correct - it says ugrade not upgrade)

Can anyone help? Have been unable to find online. Thanks

can you explain your setup?
Im having the same problem. have a 2k3 print server and an NT 4 server that
is trying to use the print server. they are in different domains. it is
actually only a problem with generic/text drivers. also the printer is an
optio printer. optio is an application that reformats data from the ERP
system. basically just makes reports the way we want them. there is no
problem with any of our other printers.. just the generic text ones.
