Event ID 15 /The device, \Device\Harddisk2\DR2, is not ready for access yet.

Every time Windows Starts the Event Viewer logs the
message below:

The device, \Device\Harddisk2\DR2, is not ready for
access yet.

I have tried removing my 2nd Hard Drive but still get the
same message but this time with Harddisk1.

I believe this started when i installed quicktime player
which crashed during setup, i have since removed all
files associated with quicktime but to no avail.

If anyone can help.
