Event 3000 and 9999

I have two Windows 2000 member server that are running DNS servers in a Primary, secondary configuration. Over the past month my event log on the Primary has been filling up with Warnings with the event # of 3000 and 9999. I am unaware of any changes to the configuration of these servers that would have started this.

Anytime you have a secondary zone from an Dynamic Active Directory primary
you can expect event 3000, you can ignore these events. They are caused from
continual incremental zone transfers.
