error "this object has been blocked"

Hey all,
I recieve this error upon all attempts to download from
the internet. This applies when I use other browsers as
well.

This doesn't appear to be a MS error, seeing as how it
doesn't exist in the KB. I don't know what I did when
this began, possibly removing of my personal certificate.

Anyone have experiance with this error? Thanks!

For me to be able to further assist with this problem, I will need more
information:
- Operating system (XP or XP SP1)?
- IE version
- Firewall software (if any)
- website and download that this problem is seen.

In the meantime, if you are using Zone Alarm firewall software, I have heard
of a possible fix for it. Open the Zone Alarm Control Center - under
Privacy, look at the "Mobile Code Control" section. If it is checked,
uncheck it and try again.
