"Error! Not a valid bookmark in entry on page" in my index.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

Thanks!

Display field codes, for example by pressing Alt+F9 (acts as a toggle). If your
INDEX field contains the \b switch, verify that what follows is a valid bookmark
name or delete the switch entirely. Hide field codes again, and update the
index.

What constitutes a valid bookmark? How do I know what to change in my indexing field? Everything looks right to me. Everything looks just like the other valid index entries yet I am still getting the error message in the index and my index field is up to date as well.

A "valid" bookmark name, in this context, is just the name of a bookmark
that actually exists in the document.

What is the exact error message that you are seeing? Does your INDEX field
include the \b switch? Press Alt+F9 to show/hide field codes in Word.
