I have a client that is experiencing problems with their
PC,s. 1 PC is running Windows NT ver. 4.0. The other PC is
running Windows 2000. Both are exp. problems when they are
logged into the Internet. This problem just started
happening. "Microsoft Internet Explorer has a problem and
needs to close. Sorry for the inconvience. If you were in
the middle of something, the information you were working
on may be lost. Please tell MIcrosoft about this problem."
I attempted to search and was able to locate a few fixes
and their work arounds but with no success. When this
happens they are logged into Navinet w/ patient info., and
it kicks them all the way out of Navinet and they have to
start from scratch. If you could please give me some
direction I would certainly appreciate it.

What version of IE are you using? Consider upgrading to v6. That error is
a very generic "crash" error. It can be caused by many many things. It is
often memory related. Do you have enough ram? But if it only happens on
one site, it could be an activex or plugin causing it. You may need a java
upgrade or something. Check with the site's webmaster to see what they are
running and what you need on your end to properly use the site.
