Windows XP error message while trying to load OS

I have a Tisiba A65 S126 It was working like a champ Then the blue screen came on. As of recent I have install a new hard drive and expanded the memory. Istill can't load the OS system I get the message BIO I386 KDCOM DLL > what do I do Please advise
