error message -- cannot delete file: cannot read the source file or disk.

My Win2k Temporary Internet Files folder has many folders
with 0 kb files.
When I'm trying to delete these files I'm getting message:
"cannot delete file: cannot read the source file or disk."

Any ideas how to delete them?

BTW Yesterday morning I sent the same message and it did
not appear at all. What wrong did I do?
