attilathehun1 Ok, whenI boot my PC I'm getting an error message that says
operating system not found. I already am kinda a PC tech and I've built my
own desktop PC and I've fixed a number of PCs myself. My guess would be that
a CD is in the CD-ROM drive and that the boot order is not setup right.
    Anotherwords, CD-ROM drive 1st, Floppy drive 2nd, & hard drive 3rd. Which i
don't think is the problem. Actually, the PC is my brother's PC and I haven't
taken a look at it yet. I just figured before I do it might be a good idea to
post a question here and get some expert advice.
    Thanks, attilathehun1
PS Thanks to DatabaseBen's advise I'm able to post my own question. I am now
using firefox as my new browser and am in safe mode w/networking right now to
be able to get this question across.
