Error message 1311 Source file not found

Does any one have a way of resolving this problem?
Sourcs File not found D:\OFFICE1 CAB. Verify that file
exists and that you can access it.
I tried to reload my copy of Frontpage 2002 and this
continuly came up the file is there although the file is
hidden and I am not alowed to access it.
Help Help Help!!!!

You may want to copy your Office CD and/or FP CD to C:\Options or
C:\FP-Install or put your Office CD and/or FP CD into the D:\CDROM if that
is the letter drive you installed FP and MS Office from. It appears that FP
is looking for some CAB files from ME or Office or XP or one of your
previous installs.

Tap the F1 key now. Search on -
