Error Code 5

When trying to download software I keep getting a message
to check internet connection (which I know is working or
I wouldn't be online) and then it says code 5 report if
problem persists. Can anyone help me with this?

Code 5 is an "access is denied" error. I would contact
your Internet Provider on this one. Keep smiling.
