ERROR Can't create file: pslog

Has anyone encountered this error (which usually occurs on startup)? How do you fix this?

Do you also have Linux installed?

Pslog is a process logger for A Linux system. If this is not the case, this
is often related to DEBUG.TXT/W32/Rbot-T variants or @pslog.co.nz....

Go to Start>Run type: msconfig Select Startup and look for a entry
with PS. If there Uncheck and Apply
OK. Restart and see if you get the message.

Message from Hawking Tech print server

We encountered the same error message "Can't create file: pslog" on a Windows Server 2000 system. The message appears to come from the driver for the Hawking Technology print server model HPS1P.

I did communicate with Hawking Technology tech support on this issue. They were able to provide the following oh-so-helpful response:
"I am not sure it is from the print server software"

However, based on our experience, the message does appear to come from the driver supplied by Hawking. I updated to a more recent driver, the 07/14/2005 version, for the Hawking HPS1P, and this apparently resolved the issue.
