Error 103

I received an Error 103 for the third time this week. What
should I do?
Also, I have attempted to remove a W32.Spybot worm that
was detected by your software for 3 days, but have been
unable to do so. I have restarted the computer numerous
times after instructing the software to remove it, but it
remains. Any ideas there?
I am running Windows 2000 on the server.

I don't have a sure-fire workaround for the Error 103. In general, for
things which apparently are removed but which resurface, starting in safe
mode and scanning until a complete scan comes through clean (use full scans,
rather than intelligent quickscans) is more likely to yield success.
