erorr message sxbios open error

When I start my vaio laptop, I get this message:
SXBIOS OPEN ERROR
When I click ok I get the following message:
"Cannot establish a connection get battery data.
BSNTSBS.DLL or SXBIOS.DLL may be missing."

What can I do to correct this?

I got this message after installing a windows update.

Not sure you have already solve the problem.

I solved it reinstalling the Sony® PowerPanel Utility again.
