Envelope Printing In Word 2003

After printing 1 envelope successfully(Size 10), I receive the following message when I try to print a second envelope
The margins of section 1 are outside the printable area of the page. Do you want to continue
The only way I can print another envelope is to shut down, and restart Word 2003. I can then print one more envelope and will again receive the margin message upon printing the 2nd envelope

Has anyone else seen this, or have any ideas whats wrong
Thanks in Advance
Stev

Are you unable to continue by saying yes? What kind of printer?

I have a similar problem in Word 2002. Using the envelope template on Word after capturing the address from Outlook, my HP 3300 printer will only print #10 envelopes. When I select another size, I get the error message: "the margins for section 1 are set outside the printable area of the page."

If I print the page anyway, I get the following error message:
"PCL XL error
Subsystem: Kernel
Error: missing Attribute
Operator: Begin Page
Position: 4"

all the envelope sizes print on my Epson Stylus PHoto 820.
